In a world full of rules, we’ve made a cheerful set of posters in four basic inks: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. This translates to RGB: Red, Green, and Blue for you on screens.

We generally print in any color, as long as it’s black and red (preferably dayglo), and we love our wood-type collection, especially Akzidenz Grotesk.

Printing in CMYK is a departure for us, but with the special occasion of “First things first.” being our 98th poster, we had to splash out.

Our workshop got its name from our address: Potsdamer Strasse 98a. We’ve been using 98 for many things, like the prices of our posters, postcards, house numbers, etc. It seemed appropriate to celebrate poster #98 by opening a new chapter at P98a: there is life beyond black and red!
